The Concept

Business change is continuous and rapid, so the skill levels of Business Analysts must also be continuously developed. Our partnership can now provide Business Analysts with the most comprehensive development programmes available. The programmes are designed so that practical problems can be explored and addressed with people who have the most extensive experience in the business analysis and personal skills fields.

We have carefully assessed the skills and competencies required at each level of a Business Analysts career. By using a mirroring approach we have ensured that the 3 dimensions of professional performance - knowledge, skills and behaviours – are addressed. In addition, workplace learning (both formal and informal), is taking on an increasingly important role in business education and training. We have reflected the significance of this in the Business section of the skills model.
