Business Learning - Business Analysis Programme

The Training Consultants

Our training professionals have significant ‘real world’ experience and are subject matter experts in their chosen fields. We hold participants’ attention with real-life exercises, practical tips, and great classroom management skills. Our trainers make learning fun, interactive, experiential and fast-paced. We are passionate about turning potential into performance, through inspiring confidence and motivation in the individual, as well as developing their skills and knowledge.

The trainers also have day-to-day involvement in development, consultancy and mentoring work. As a result they draw on up-to-date practical knowledge to deliver effective training and consultancy solutions. Evidence from post-course questionnaires and market research shows that delegates value this practical experience and our ability to relate to problems and issues they experience in their own projects.

Delivery Style

Programmes are delivered with commitment and passion, engaging participants and encouraging enthusiasm, making them keen to practise new skills back in the workplace. We practise an interactive style of course delivery, not just ‘chalk and talk’! There is an emphasis on the use of practical techniques which are presented through the use of realistic case study exercises. This approach is distinctive and based on passionately held principles and beliefs:

  • Most people have far more potential than they realise, so we help them find it.
  • Training is designed to lead to a sustained change in behaviour. We get people to feel able and willing to behave differently when they leave. This usually means trying out new skills in the safety of the training room.
  • Training is the start, not the end of something. It needs to be supported after the event.
  • Learning is easier when we are enjoying ourselves – so we make sure that participants experience that all important ‘Wow Factor’.
  • Training is not a soft option. We make participants step out of their comfort zone and take some risks. We make sure that the course is fast-paced, challenging and hands-on in order to engage and excite.
  • There is usually more collective experience and wisdom in the group than in the trainer’s head. So we use group discussion as a primary resource, which also gives high levels of interaction where participants are encouraged to contribute their own ideas, views and practical experiences for discussion.

On our programmes all participants are treated with equality and respect. We also respect and work with the organisational cultures of our participants.
