The Art of Remote ManagementFace to Face/Webinar

As the world continues to flatten and organisations become increasingly global, the remote team is becoming more and more the norm. Team leaders need to be adept at guiding geographically-spread individuals into a cohesive team unit, despite having limited or no opportunity to build relationships face to face. In fact, in today’s increasingly challenging economic climate, manager’s are under renewed pressure to create a high-performing team without incurring travel expenses or expanding their carbon footprint.

In this brand-new 90 minute face-to-face ‘Lite-Bite’ session, you will develop your existing ability to manage teams that deliver consistent results across multisite and multinational environments. You will learn to manage your remote team via more effective and appropriate communication and enhance productivity by balancing technological and human resources.

Learning Objectives:

  • Build and lead their remote team to deliver on key goals and contribute to organisational success.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently using appropriate technologies, and, if necessary, adapt their leadership style.
  • Minimise risks associated with remote teams.

This 90 minute session is available face to face or via webinar
