The first part of this course recognises the importance of providing participants with the capability to use established project tools, techniques and processes. The guiding principles of project management are generic, so your organisation can benefit from these no matter what the size of your enterprise or its industry sector. This pragmatic course enables your participants to utilise project management skills to standardise and improve their approach to activities and change. It then goes on to address man management or soft skills such as leadership, team building and conflict resolution. By enhancing these, a total project management capability - and all the benefits that this can offer your enterprise - is fully realised.
As well as equipping you with the knowledge to pass the examination, the course is also designed to impart knowledge that has immediate application back in the workplace.
The course builds on existing knowledge and experience to teach you how to better plan and manage your projects. As well as covering technical skills such as Earned Value and Scheduling the course also covers “soft” skills such as Leadership and Negotiation.
