In this very practical Light Bite session we look at the common reasons why teams falter or never reach their full potential, we use the team CHARTER tool to take a snap shot of you team’s performance profile and then create practical strategies you can employ to strengthen performance and relationships within the team.

Caroline combines a high level of professional qualifications with a wealth of experience in the area of leadership development. Her area of specialism is working with the interpersonal and intrapersonal elements of leadership - often a neglected aspect in the development of senior leaders. She has worked with all levels of leadership, placing higher focus on senior leaders as this creates greater organisational impact, within a hugely varied and diverse range of organisations - which together give her a depth and breadth of experience and capability that is very powerful.
Over the past 15 years Caroline has worked in International Retail, Major Not for Profit organisations, Magazine Publishing and Leadership Development Consultancy.
