Attend our free 'Are Your Team in a Rut?' showcase

In the current climate our range of short session titles is becoming increasingly popular. At Matchett we don’t just ‘talk the talk’ we ‘walk the walk’ and we want to give you the opportunity to see our training in action.


For any manager or L&D specialist who holds their own skills development budget, we’re running the above ‘Are Your Team in a Rut?’ session on Friday 5th March 2010 in the Holborn Bars De Vere Conference Centre, London. EC1N 2NQ.


The session will be run by Caroline Morley. It starts at 10.00am and finishes at 1.00pm and includes a networking lunch. There is no charge and no obligation to buy from us. Plus you get the opportunity to gain some free development and network with other professionals.

The session will cover the following topics:

  • The critical components for team success
  • The Team CHARTER – a tool for determining team potential to deliver exceptional results through effective intra team working
  • Building your Team CHARTER – strategies to focus your team towards high performance

Objectives

Teams are a major investment of time, money and resources. The cost of allowing them to falter or fail is huge both in terms of money and the morale of the organisation.


In this very practical Light Bite session we look at the common reasons why teams falter or never reach their full potential, we use the team CHARTER tool to take a snap shot of you team’s performance profile and then create practical strategies you can employ to strengthen performance and relationships within the team.


By the end of this Light Bite session participants will be able to:

  • Describe the common hurdles that get in the way of teams really performing
  • Assess their own team’s performance against CHARTER
  • Identify where they need to take action to improve team performance

Caroline Morley – Leading the way!


Caroline combines a high level of professional qualifications with a wealth of experience in the area of leadership development. Her area of specialism is working with the interpersonal and intrapersonal elements of leadership - often a neglected aspect in the development of senior leaders. She has worked with all levels of leadership, placing higher focus on senior leaders as this creates greater organisational impact, within a hugely varied and diverse range of organisations - which together give her a depth and breadth of experience and capability that is very powerful.


Over the past 15 years Caroline has worked in International Retail, Major Not for Profit organisations, Magazine Publishing and Leadership Development Consultancy.
