After nearly four decades of training managers, we’ve been back to the drawing board, to completely re-think what great management means in the modern workplace – and how we can teach people to master it.


Mastering management has never been easy. In our experience, it’s never been just a matter of reading a book, or even attending a training course. Overview

Our new Mastering Management programme aimed at all new managers, or those with no formal training. It is built on what we believe to be the fundamental skills of modern managers, including emerging areas of best practice, such as leading remote or virtual teams and working with outsourcers. It is meant to be customised to you and your organisation.


Through our client engagement process we will integrate your case studies, select the best delivery method to achieve great results within the constraints of your time and budget.

Our Belief

We appreciate the constraints which new managers work under – and the failure of many ‘good practice’ theories which don’t work in reality. Our programme works with the knowledge that managers often have no time, have to deliver not just manage, they inherit the team (including the poor performers), and can lack of direction from superiors.
