Caroline has an extensive line management and learning and development background. Amongst her many qualifications she holds a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Development, is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is accredited to run many psychometric and behavioral development tools. As Principal Consultant the main objectives of her role are to take the lead on large scale development programmes and to work on senior level development interventions. This has involved her working with directors and senior leaders in both the private and public sector on specific coaching assignments to improve team effectiveness and leadership to improve performance against business critical goals, feedback from our clients so far tells us that Caroline's work is making a difference to not only their own leadership style but also the results their teams are producing.
In addition to this she has been instrumental in the design and delivery of 2 major nationwide management development programmes both of which are being delivered to over 200 managers and has involved working in partnership with the clients, offering consultancy advice and displaying flexibility by tailoring the events to match their changing requirements.
Our clients tell us that Caroline is not only very knowledgeable on all aspects of effective management and leadership performance, she also has a friendly and engaging style, which places participants at ease from the outset. She believes strongly in the use of creative training techniques, targeted to the needs and makeup of each group, to ensure the learning experience is enjoyable and effective. Caroline currently fills her 'spare' time with her husband and two daughters. She has a passion for all things equestrian, and can often be found competing her horse in and around the Oxfordshire area.
