Account Management Team - with you ‘Every step of the way’


Planning learning isn’t always easy and we’re here to help from start to finish.You’ll find that working with us is different. We’re passionate about making the learning experience great for everyone - and not just the participants. We assign a dedicated team to each client. Experienced learning professionals, they are capable of working closely with you as a trusted advisor. They know all our people and their capabilities and are there to ensure that the best delivery team is pulled together to best meet your unique requirements.

Your relationship team consists of Account Managers, Client Support Executives and Principal Consultants.

  • Account managers are there to support every aspect of your business. It’s their job to be your voice at Matchett and to act as your trusted advisors. Their aim is to become seen as extension of your team tasked with ensuring that learning delivered is focused and successful.
  • Client Support Executives make learning happen working with sponsors, learners, venues and other learning providers to take the stress of learning delivery management off your shoulders.
  • Principal Consultants provide thought leadership in designing solutions which are innovative, focused on your unique business challenges and deliver spectacular returns on investment.

In addition to this core relationship team that works closely with you, we have access to subject-matter experts, technology experts and design consultants as well as a network of key partner organisations who we work with to ensure that you get the best possible learning solutions.

We would like to introduce you to several of the people who you will get to know well:

David Baird
David is our resident high tech expert working with many of the world’s top businesses. David prides himself on his ability to get into the shoes of his clients and works very closely with the learning teams and business sponsors to develop far reaching and challenging learning programmes in line with strategic organisational objectives.

Emma Bond
Emma is currently working with many of our new customers to ensure that we fully understand their businesses before delivering any learning. Emma prides herself on her ability to powerfully get to grips with the challenge at hand and ensures we put customers in touch with the most appropriate consultants and delivery teams. Emma also has worked with many of our key clients to build up fully bespoke programmes. This is based on her excellent knowledge of the full range of both Matchett consultants and great courseware. Emma's great attitude ensures that all those that work with her have fun whilst successfully delivering on our promises to our clients.

Louise Davies
Louise has worked for Matchett for over 8 years, and has made a substantial contribution to the growth and success of Matchett through the effective management of our clients learning and development programmes. Louise is incredibly helpful and is a flexible, positive and an energetic individual who is not afraid of a challenge and has the passion and drive for service excellence.

Carol Fisher
Carol has worked within Matchett for over 13 years, most recently as Client Service Executive. During her time Carol has provided our customers with excellent service on our support desk and as a result now provides this support to our clients worldwide.

Harry Howard
Harry is responsible for leading the sales team and providing project sponsorship for our key projects. Harry continues to manage the relationships of our longstanding key accounts. Harry has worked within HR roles, recruitment roles and originally trained as an educator. Harry has worked within learning consultancy for over ten years and is avidly interested in working with intact teams on strategic projects to help them deliver the results they need.

Beverly Taylor
Beverly is a highly experienced events organiser and excels at coordinating the delivery of learning events ensuring that our clients’ business goals, objectives and values are supported. She has the ability to react to situations that require deviation from standard process, and works on her own initiative. She enjoys working within Matchett’s dynamic and fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage change.

Claire Watmore
Claire joined Matchett in 2004. Having come from the Financial Services Industry her focus was to enhance our working processes and manage the Client Services team. Claire is always on hand to help and guide you with any logistical support you may need.
