PSA Peugeot Citroën
Matchett have been delivering Management Development training for PSA Peugeot Citroen for a number of years. They have recently changed their competency framework to incorporate their ’12 Key Behaviours’. These are used to assess employees in their appraisals and under-pins all the L&D initiatives.
Matchett have ensured that all their programmes incorporate these key behaviours, and new topics such as Emotional Intelligence and techniques to support ‘Lean Management’ have been suggested and incorporated.
Jennifer Gray, Training Resource Manager says : ‘Overall the training Matchett have provided to us has really helped managers to get to grips with the huge raft of changes as a result of changes in the automotive sector, and of course the recession.
The things that really strikes me about Matchett, is that the company seems very different to other training providers. The trainers have lots of flexibility, enthusiasm and excitement about what they do. They really, really get to grips with the business issues and get to understand them. It’s not a tick box exercise for Matchett, it’s about delivering results and I like that!
I also love the personal approach I get; they’re always prepared to give us some great feedback on the courses they’ve delivered which is very helpful.’
