Trainer Profile
James’s unique background places him in a powerful position to help people in organisations to change effectively, and to support a client’s growth and value creation. He achieves this by employing creative and innovative strategies to facilitate change, whilst using psychological insights and frameworks to identify potential areas where success and development may be impeded.
As a Creative Change Agent, he has worked with a variety of organisations such as British Airways, Orange, and Starbucks, helping senior executives to picture the future, generate ideas, and ultimately to think differently in order to perform more effectively in a rapidly changing world. In this respect he has worked with Edward de Bono (the creator of ‘Lateral Thinking’) on the early stages of an innovative project, as well as at The National Space Centre on a Mission to Mars.
