Trainer Profile
Lee is a well-rounded trainer with an open, facilitative style, and is experienced at working with all levels of delegates, from the most junior, through to director level. His portfolio ranges from basic team leading skills through to the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology at Practitioner level, and not forgetting ‘softer’ skills such as influencing, assertiveness and relationship building.
With 20 years of project management, consultancy and training experience, Lee gained most of this experience with Cap Gemini, where he also started his career in training. Lee worked as Project Manager in a variety of client organisations during his time in Cap Gemini, ranging from the pharmaceutical industry through to the MOD / Military, before moving into the training division of Cap Gemini in 1998. He subsequently moved to the leading UK IT Training company, QA, leaving there to start his own company, Polygon Consulting, in 2005.
A true Belbin Resource Investigator, Lee has a number of interests outside of the training world. These include drinking well-kept real ale in good traditional pubs, going to the gym and generally keeping fit; driving his car at track day events, and full bore target shooting. Lee also enjoys just generally being out and about in the fresh air, particularly in the New Forest, which is very near his home.
