Richard Lock gained extensive experience in general and senior management roles before becoming a management development consultant. He has worked with Matchett since 2009, delivering highly effective training in the area of performance management and personal development.
He is continually developing his learning and an understanding about alternative approaches and strategies. This gives him a degree of freedom to achieve some personal goals, especially those focused on travel and new experiences.
Richard has taken on the role of non-executive director of a local business and also runs an investment club – he is especially interested in investment as part of personal development.
Richard is keen to be involved in community activity. A school governor for many years, he is now trying to develop a children’s centre locally. And Richard also plays lead guitar in a band!

Qualifications
Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Qualified user of Psychometric and Aptitude/ability tests. Certified NLP practitioner.
