LMS Design Center2 days


This two-day workshop provides a detailed look at the Design Center and it’s functions. Participants will learn how to create a several Student Centers from scratch and also how to copy from existing Centers. We will also look at developing the functionality and look and feel of Student Centers including its colour scheme, layout, use of images, and how to begin to integrate a Student Center into an existing website. Delegates are encouraged to bring their own images and colour schemes with them for use during the course.

Providing a detailed look at the Design Center and it’s functions

Pre-requisites

Participants should be familiar with working in a windows and a web based environment and have an understanding of how their organisation will be or is using the Learning Management System. Prior attendance at the LMS Training Administration Workshop is also strongly recommended. Existing knowledge of web design packages would also be useful.
