The climate is still pretty chilly and unfortunately, it's not just the weather. In February, the CIPD issued its latest quarterly Labour Market Outlook survey. Despite the clear signs of economic recovery in the Banking & Finance sector, the overall employment outlook for the UK has worsened slightly over the previous quarter. Those employers expecting to make redundancies are planning to cut an average of 6.2% from their workforce, compared to 3.8% from the last quarter of 2009.
