We all know by now that managing in a recession is tough. The demands on senior leaders are greater than ever before. And yes they need to be tough (resilient) and they need to get going. But how? What is the ‘right’ strategy? How should they behave? How can you cope with the immediate crisis and at the same time build for the future? And building a platform for the future has to be the focus. Recessions segregate the strong from the weak; those with a plan from those in panic; and those being led and those that follow.
This powerful programme is not theoretical leadership training. On the contrary it is led by an experienced Managing Director. Someone with over ten years at the helm of businesses. Small businesses, corporate subsidiaries, AIM listed companies and family businesses. Businesses facing growth pains and also a couple needing significant restructuring and cost reduction. So someone who has experienced the pain as well as used his strong professional training and education. And someone who has significant experience in guiding senior leaders and in facilitating them in understanding and dealing with the challenges the real world creates.
