Eugene O’Connell has over 25 years’ experience at middle and senior level management in a variety of businesses across a wide range of international locations. He has spent a considerable amount of time training and coaching young and developing leaders throughout this time. His work has spanned from direct leadership situations as a Captain in the British Army in conflict zones, to mentoring multinational teams of bankers in Nagoya, Japan. He has managed and organised investment-banking teams on three different continents. This work has involved considerable organisational skills as well as deep knowledge of international markets.
His coaching philosophy is centred on a desire to help his delegates in believing they can become more than they already are. Goal setting and the need to work with the interests of all stakeholders are paramount in all coaching engagements that he undertakes, whether individually or as part of a team
He has lived in and had much exposure to business cultures across the EU, USA and Japan.
Eugene is married and lives with his family and small dog in Surrey where he balances his coaching practice with his training business and all the sports his sons drag him round to on Saturday mornings.

Qualifications
Diploma in Advanced Coaching and Mentoring, LLb (hons) Law, Masters in Business Administration
